A man accused of causing a deadly crash in Perry County will be back in court on June 14th.
Eric Ison was allegedly driving under the influence when he hit another vehicle, killing 68-year old Bobby Napier of Breathitt County.
Police say Ison failed all field sobriety tests.
His trial is set to start on June 25th.
