HAZARD, Ky. (WYMT) - A fatal crash happened on Highway 476, in Perry County.
Two coal trucks and a pick-up were involved in the crash.
A dispatcher says the driver of the pick-up, 31-year old Jimmy Campbell of Jackson, was killed.
The coal truck drivers were not hurt.
