Dalton Stidham appears in court

HAZARD, Ky. (WYMT) - The man accused of shooting Jackie, Caitlin and Taylor Cornett was back in court Tuesday.

Dalton Stidham's, also known as Dalton Miller, case was sent to the grand jury after police testified about the investigation.

Police said Stidham confessed the night of the shooting and told them how the incident happened.

Police also said they found 14 shell casings at the scene.

Stidham is charged with 2 counts of murder and one count of murder, domestic violence.
