A Perry County sheriff's deputy continues to recover following a crash last month.
Deputy Daniel Fugate was traveling southbound on Combs Road on a motorcycle when a man pulled out in front of him..
He was transported to UK Hospital where he underwent surgeries on his leg and received skin graphs on his arms.
The Hazard Herald reports that he is expected to be moved to a recovery facility soon.
No charges were filed in the crash.
