Former magistrate is indicted

A former Perry County official is charged with receiving stolen property while he was magistrate.

54-year old Pearl "Bubby" Combs was indicted last week.

Combs allegedly had $10,000 worth of stolen diesel fuel belonging to Trumbo Oil in 2008.

He's scheduled to be arraigned next month.
