PERRY Co., Ky. (WYMT) - Hazard police said Monday evening they responded to call from Walmart's Loss Prevention department in Perry County.
Walmart employees said one woman tried leaving the store with more than $700 worth of unpaid items.
Police said they are looking for the woman who got away in a mid to late 90's light green Grand Caravan.
Major James East with the Hazard Police Department said the woman was wearing shorts and cowboy boots. He also said she is in her mid to late thirties. East said she has blonde hair at the top, with black or brown hair at the bottom.
East said, "I think she thought that maybe she would be able to get away with it, but there's cameras everywhere at Walmart."
The same cameras which caught her moments after visiting customer service.
"She left and went to customer service, then stayed in line for a bit," said East. "She left the Dell computer in her buggy there, but she got the tub with all the clothes and everything."
East said she sat near the bathroom for a few minutes before making a phone call and leaving.
"You can see her on video, what appears to be, putting the tub down," East said. " Loss Prevention tries to detain her and she breaks away from them and runs out the door."
