A possible tuition increase is on the agenda when the board of regents for the Kentucky Community and Technical College System meets On Friday.
The Council on Postsecondary Education has already voted to allow KCTCS to increase tuition as much as four percent.
KCTCS has 16 colleges and nearly 70 campuses across Kentucky, including several in the mountains.
