HAZARD, Ky. (WYMT)- A Perry County man charged with wanton endangerment is telling his side of the story.
Jimmy Sizemore was arrested for wanton endangerment nearly four weeks ago.
The incident happened on Walker Branch Road near the Hazard Community and Technical College campus, which put the campus on lockdown.
