HAZARD, Ky. (WYMT) - A man accused of trying to kill the Perry County District Judge will not go on trial.
Ronnie Brock's trial was expected to start this week, but attorney's tell us he has been ruled incompetent to stand trial and will be admitted to a mental institution.
Brock is accused of stabbing Perry District Judge Leigh Anne Stephens with a knife at the Circle T restaurant in September, 2010.
Stephens was not seriously hurt.
