HAZARD, Ky.(WYMT)-A man charged in a 2011 murder in Perry County will be back in court this week.
Timothy Sizemore is accused of shooting and killing 31-year-old Samuel Louive in the Combs community in November of 2011. He has a status hearing set for Tuesday.
Last year Commonwelath's Attorney Teresa Combs Reed withdrew from the case, and Special Prosecutor Henry Johnson was assigned, but he lost his reelection for commonwealth's attorney in Harlan County in November.
