A Perry County man is accused of breaking into an auto repair shop and stealing a car.
It happened at Master Tech in Hazard.
Surveillance video helped lead police to 34 year old Nicholas Salley.
He was arrested Wednesday morning after a foot pursuit outside a home on Lick Branch.
Hazard police tell the Hazard Herald it appears drugs were a motivating factor behind the theft.
