Man charged with murder is expected back in court

A man charged with murder will be back in court later this month.

In August of last year, Cory Carroll was allegedly driving under the influence in Perry County when he collided head-on with another vehicle.

28-year old Arizona Vires died in the crash.

Defense attorney's requested that urine tests be provided to them so they could test them independently.

Carroll will be back in court on July 26th.
