HAZARD, Ky. (WYMT/Hazard Herald) - An indictment is returned against a Perry County man who was recently arrested hundreds of miles away.
The Hazard Herald reports 25 year old James Barger was already wanted on warrants in Perry County when he was caught in Columbus, Ohio.
He is a suspect in a string of thefts.
The latest indictment charges him with theft, fleeing police and being a persistent felony offender.
His arraignment is set for January 31st in Perry Circuit Court.
