A school employee in Hazard is charged with theft.
Police say 43-year old Vivian Pulliam confessed to stealing thousands of dollars from Roy G. Eversole school's parent-teacher organization.
Pulliam was the secretary and treasurer of the PTO account at the middle school.
The superintendent tells the Hazard Herald that Pulliam's employment has been suspended.
