Snow, snow, and more snow!

It was a snowy and cold day which slowed people down and closed many schools.

The main roads are clear for the most part in Perry County, but schools still closed because of tricky side roads.

Black ice is a concern because of the low temperatures dipping into the teens.

But the light dusting is not anything Eastern Kentuckians are not used to.

"I drive pretty much all day in a chill truck. As long as the roads stay clear, it won't bother me too bad, but when the roads get bad it bothers me," said Jeremy Ashley, who is a delivery truck driver.

Snow flurries continued for much of the afternoon, but what is on the ground could stick around for awhile as temperatures stay low this weekend.
