HAZARD, Ky. (WYMT) - Court dockets indicate a man accused of stabbing and killing a Perry County man will be arraigned Tuesday.
Adrian Banks was expected to enter a plea last week in Perry County Circuit Court, but the arraignment was cancelled because Banks was receiving medical treatment in La Grange.
He is accused of murdering Jerry Combs earlier this year in the Allais community.
