HAZARD, Ky. (WYMT) - Volunteers are setting up for Thursday’s third annual "Taste of Hazard."
Local restaurants and chefs cook several dishes for everyone to taste and enjoy.
Money from tickets sales will go to the Hazard Perry County Community Ministries.
After school programs and the Corner Haven Crisis Center are a few programs that benefit from the event.
This year's event will also provide high school students a chance to cook and entertain.
“One of the important things that we do at community ministries is build relationships within our school systems and with individuals at the schools, and this is yet another way that we can do that,” said Adrienne Bush with Community Ministries.
The event will be held on the Hazard Community and Technical College campus at 6p.m.
