A Perry County woman is indicted on murder and reckless driving charges.
The charges stem from a 2010 car accident during which 31 year old Felicia Abner was driving near Bonnyman when she allegedly lost control of her vehicle and crashed into a utility pole, killing her 3 year-old nephew.
Her bail is set at one million dollars.
