PIKEVILLE, Ky. (WYMT) - As the first Hatfield and McCoy Heritage Days Festival wrapped up there was a parade through Downtown Pikeville.
Organizers say it is a great way to end the event, that they say has been a success.
Folks at the parade got a chance to see members of the families famous for their feud.
Jesse Bowling says, "Featrued Reo Hatfield and Bo McCoy who signed the peace treaty in the early 2000s and they are the Grand Marshals."
Officials say they are already planning and looking forward to next year's event.
