A man who allegedly fired a gun inside a Pike County home-improvement store will be back in court for a pre-trial hearing on September 21st.
Barry Cates pleaded not guilty Wednesday.
Police say he told them he was having problems with a co-worker and went to Lowe's that day with the intent to shoot the employee and to then either take his own life or have police shoot him.
