PIKEVILLE, Ky. (WYMT) - A Pike County man was sentenced Wednesday on arson charges.
Officials say Timothy Pryor set fire to his neighbor's home in Virgie earlier this year. No one was injured in the fire.
He was charged with first degree arson, but pleaded guilty to a lesser charge of third degree arson.
He was sentenced to five years of probation and released from the Pike County Detention Center Wednesday afternoon.
