A vigil was held Thursday night for a mother of two and recent college graduate who died after a wreck in Floyd County.
The vigil for Angel Miller was held at National College in Pikeville.
She was killed after Jodie Hall crossed the center line and hit her car head on along U.S. 23.
No charges have been filed.
We are told toxicology reports are pending.
