Two people have been arrested after shots rang out at a central Kentucky apartment complex.
According to a deputy from the Madison County Sheriff's Department the two, who used to be in a relationship together, got into a fight earlier in the afternoon leading to their arrest.
Kimberly Combess has been charged with assualt and Kevin Carter charged with wanton endangerment. Police say the fight started at the Battlefield apartments in Richmond. Neighbors say they heard gunshots. The pair was arrested at a nearby gas station. Police say no one was seriously hurt during the fight and they consider the investigation to be closed. Both, Carter and Combess are being held in the Madison County Detention Center.
