A second person now faces charges in connection with the theft of lottery tickets from a Richmond store.
Richmond Police charged 35-year-old Reanell Caldwell, of Richmond, with receiving stolen property.
Police say on November 1, Caldwell tried to cash $80 worth of stolen lottery tickets at the Circle K on Amberly Way.
Police say the tickets were stolen October 29 during a burglary at the Gulf service station on the Eastern Bypass. Police say 24 cartons of cigarettes and money was also stolen during the burglary.
Police have also charged 40-year-old Bruce W. Flannery, of Richmond, with receiving stolen property, after investigators say he also tried to cash some of the stolen lottery tickets.
