Richmond Police hope a surveillance picture helps them catch the people behind a theft.
Police released a picture of one of the suspects.
The say the woman seen in the picture, along with another woman, stole a wallet from a shopper at the Richmond Kroger last week.
Police say one of the suspects asked the victim questions to distract her, while the other suspect reached into the victim's purse and took the wallet.
Police say the wallet had $150 and three gift cards inside.
