A woman's family is offering a reward to help solve her murder.
Police found 78-year-old Joann Marge Tribble murdered inside her Richmond home in July of 2008.
Tribble had been beaten to death.
It was first ruled an accident, but later determined to be a murder.
Richmond police say they are still actively investigating her death.
But, the family is taking the case into their own hands by hiring a private investigator and offering a $1,000 reward.
Detectives say there are still no suspects at this time.
