Chemical weapons destruction updates will be discussed at a quarterly public meeting to be held in Richmond on Dec. 11. Come to the meeting to learn more about the Blue Grass Chemical Agent-Destruction Pilot Plant (BGCAPP), the facility being built to destroy the chemical weapons stored at the Blue Grass Army Depot.
The meeting is open to the public and information packets will be provided. There will be public comment periods throughout the meeting.
