A man is in jail in Madison County after police say he sexually abused a girl.
Keith Taylor, 48, faces both sex abuse and sodomy charges.
Richmond Police brought Taylor in for questioning after a teen, who is under the age of 16, told officers that Taylor had unwanted sexual contact with her.
Police say the crimes happened on three different occasions.
