Steven Hembree
Richmond, Ky (WKYT) - Richmond Police have arrested a man for endangering the welfare of a minor and on a drug charge. Police arrested 27-year-old Steven H. Hembree on Friday morning.
Police say Hembree was inside his running vehicle, outside ABC Child Care on Churchill Drive. Police say the car had been in the lot for more than an hour. Officers say Hembree was passed out with a 7-year-old and a 1-year-old in the rear seat.
During the course of the investigation police say they determined Hembree was under the influence of a controlled substance. After searching Hembree police say they found a bottle containing 17 oxycodone pills.
