Two people charged in the murder of a central Kentucky woman went to court.
Not guilty pleas were entered for both Jason Singleton, and his ex-girlfriend, Christina Marcum. Both are charged with the murder of Singleton's wife, Angela Frazier-Singleton.
Investigators say after Frazier-Singleton's death, Singleton and Marcum removed, hid and dismembered her body.
Police found Frazier-Singleton's body on January 19th, 2011, near the Kentucky River in Madison County.
Jason Singleton was arrested a day later, after an alleged standoff in Somerset. Singleton pleaded guilty to the charges there and was sentenced to ten years in prison.
On Thursday in court, Marcum asked a judge for home incarceration. Her request was denied.
Both Singleton and Marcum will be back in court for a pretrial hearing on March 1st.
