RICHMOND, Ky. (WKYT) - We're tracking the investigation into a fire that left one person injured.
The fire broke out in an apartment on Garden City Drive, in Richmond, late Thursday afternoon.
Firefighters tell us the apartment has significant damage. One person inside at the time suffered smoke inhalation, and had to be taken to the hospital.
We're told no other apartments were damaged.
Firefighters think the fire was cooking related.
