There's new information about the theft of thousands of dollars worth of equipment taken from a Central Kentucky company.
Richmond Police say a wrecker driver saw a trailer, stolen from Northside Equipment on November 20, parked at a truck stop in Rockcastle County.
The 2007 Ford F550 with a Hillsboro trailer previously was located at the old Derby City Truck Stop off Exit 62 of I-75. The driver noticed the vehicle parked in the lot and alerted state police, who confirmed that the vehicle was stolen.
The vehicle was not damaged and was returned to Northside Equipment.
It was among $104,000 worth of equipment taken from the Richmond company. Police are still working to locate the other stolen items and the people responsible.
