Melissa Bishop
Richmond Police charged 40-year-old Melissa Bishop in connection with the theft of more than $2700 from Fantastic Sam’s Salon in the University Shopping Center.
On Friday police say the owners of Fantastic Sam’s reported that between July of last year of June of this year 15 bank deposits had either not been made or portions of the deposit had been pilfered. Police say it was further learned that Bishop was responsible for making the missing deposits, that totaled $2784.01.
Police charged Bishop with theft by unlawful taking under $10,000 following an interview at the police station. A bench warrant for failure to appear was also served on Bishop.
