The Madison County Sheriff's Office is currently working a missing person case.

On March 14, 2012 at approximately 9:30 a.m. the sheriff office opened a missing person case on Richard Ross, age 53, Poosey Ridge Road area, Richmond, Kentucky. This address is located in the Kirksville and Round Hill area of Madison County.

Mr. Ross was last seen wearing kaki pants and plaid button down shirt. He is described has a 6'2" 220 pounds gray hair and brown eyes. Possibly is unshaven.

The family states they last saw him on March 13, 2012 at lunch time at his parent's home.

Mr. Ross is described as a creature of habit and would not leave suddenly without family knowing of his where about. Mr. Ross has several medical issues that require daily medication. Attempts have been made to contact him by his cell phone but the phone goes to voice mail.

If anyone, knows of where, Mr. Ross could be contact Detective Todd Allen with the Madison County Sheriff's Office at 859-623-1511.

This is no foul play suspected in this case. It appears Mr. Ross just disappear from the Poosey Ridge Area of Madison County. Mr. Ross apparently left on foot. His vehicle was found at his home. There were no signs of forcible adduction.
