A former high school secretary, who was convicted of raping a student, may learn Wednesday whether she'll get out of prison early.
Lynda Chase has only served two months out of her three-year prison sentence but has already asked a Madison County judge for shock probation.
Chase says she can't stay in prison because prison staff are causing her to suffer physically and emotionally.
She is paralyzed and confined to a wheelchair.
Chase pleaded guilty to having a sexual relationship with a 15 year old at Madison Central High School, where she worked.
