Three people charged in connection with a double shooting that killed a member of a hip-hop group, and injured another member, faced a Madison County judge Monday morning.
Police say Matthew Denholm shot and killed Zachary Flower, and wounded Kevin Price, inside an apartment in Berea November 21.
Investigators say Ryan Denholm and Sherry Bratten then helped Matthew Denholm get out of the area.
All three were arrested in Louisville, and transported to the Madison County Detention Center late last week.
Police charged Matthew Denholm with murder, attempted murder, and burglary. Ryan Denholm and Sherry Bratten have been charged with complicity to murder, complicity to attempted murder, and burglary.
A Madison County judge entered not guilty pleas for all three suspects Monday.
Meanwhile, a fourth person, Randall Burgess, is charged with facilitation to murder and facilitation to attempted murder.
Matthew Denholm is being held on a $1 million bond, while Ryan Denholm and Sherry Bratten are being held on $750,000 bond each.
