Berea Police say three people have now been charged with complicity to commit murder for Monday's shootings that killed Zachary Flower and critically hurt Kevin Price.
Police charged Randall Burgess Jr., Ryan Denholm and Sherry Bratton all with complicity to commit murder, attempted murder and burglary. Ryan Denholm is Matthew Denholm's brother. He was reportedly in the car with Matt Denholm when Louisville authorities arrested him Monday. Police say Sherry Bratton was also with the Denholms in the car. Police say the car belonged to Burgess.
Berea Police say Ryan Denholm and Bratton are believed to have been at the scene of the shooting when it happened.
A not guilty plea was entered for Burgess during a video arraignment in Madison District Court Wednesday morning. Louisville authorities arrested Ryan Denholm and Sherry Bratton on Monday after a brief standoff with Matt Denholm on Shelbyville Road.
Police have not said when the Denholms nor when Bratton will be brought back to Madison County to face charges in the murder.
