Amber Hatfield
Richmond Police arrested 23-year-old Amber Hatfield Monday night for alcohol intoxication after responding to a disturbance call at her home on Bill Hill Avenue.
Police say Hatfield came outside the home and started shouting at police officers prior to her arrest. Upon being arrested and handcuffed, police say Hatfield head-butted the arresting officer. That incident brought an additional charge of third degree assault. Police say the officer was not injured in the assault.
