Neighbors in a Pulaski County community say they were alarmed when shots rang out in their neighborhood.
Authorities say 53 year old Ivan Singleton fired shots inside his home on North Floyd Switch Road just before midnight Saturday.
They say he used this SKS rifle and two children were home at the time.
Johnny Wells says Singleton's wife had recently moved in with him.
Authorities say when singleton arrived at the home, Wells ran into a back room to protect his 10 and 3 year-old.
Singleton allegedly kicked in the door, firing at least one shot.
Neighbors say they were able to convince Singleton to stop and authorities soon arrived.
No one was hurt.
Singleton is charged with three counts of first degree wanton endangerment and is being held at the Pulaski County Detention Center.
