SOMERSET, Ky. (WKYT) - Police say they were able to catch a suspected burglar red-handed.
Somerset Police say they arrested 37-year-old Glenn Cummings at the former Summerset Houseboats plant on Parkers Mill Road Tuesday afternoon.
Police say they received a call that an alarm at the building had been activated.
When police showed up, they say they eventually found 37-year-old Glenn Cummings dragging a large trash can, with copper pipes inside.
They arrested Cummings, and charged him with burglary, theft, and criminal mischief.
