A Pulaski County woman has been charged with several offenses after a crude pipe bomb was discovered in her home.
The incident happened last July.
20-year-old Ember Collins pleaded guilty to first-degree wanton endangerment, possession of drug paraphernalia and two counts of possession of a controlled substance.
Officials say the explosives could have easily caused serious injury or death.
Four children, ages nine, four, three, and ten months were taken from the home by social services.
