SOMERSET, Ky. (WYMT) - An assistant commonwealth's attorney is on the other side of the law.
The Commonwealth Journal reports that State Park Rangers arrested Jeremy Bartley on a DUI charge.
It happened at a roadblock in Jamestown last weekend.
Bartley serves Pulaski, Lincoln, and Rockcastle Counties.
Commonwealth's Attorney Eddy Montgomery told the paper Bartley has not been disciplined.
He says he's waiting to see how the court case plays out.
