Deadline Extended for Bluegrass Cellular Scholarship
Graduating seniors have until April 20 to apply
Elizabethtown, Ky.—Bluegrass Cellular, Inc. has extended the deadline for applications for its college scholarship program to April 20, 2012. Graduating senior at high schools in Bluegrass Cellular’s 40-county coverage area are eligible.
Bluegrass Cellular will award 18 scholarships valued at $1,500 each. This is the 11th year the company has given back to the local community by recognizing dedicated high school students through its scholarship program.

Scholarship recipients are selected by a panel of judges based on criteria including financial need, academic achievement, school and community involvement and a personal essay. Winners will be notified in May 2012.
In addition to the application form, applicants must submit a copy of their high school transcript, two letters of recommendation and an essay. All documents must be postmarked to Bluegrass Cellular on or before April 20.
