It was 90% finished, but Friday a dental office set to open soon was gutted by fire.
It happened Friday morning at Medpark West in Somerset, next to Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital.
We're told the building took six years of planning and they were ready to move in next week.
Now, they're having to start back over.
The cause of the fire is unknown at this time.
