SOMERSET, Ky. (WYMT) - A man is behind bars in Somerset for allegedly stealing cars from two different car lots.
19 year old Matthew Perry is charged with burglary, two counts of theft, and receiving stolen property.
One car was found in a parking lot.
The other was found when Perry was pulled over by state police Sunday.
He was also charged with a DUI during the traffic stop.
