SOMERSET, Ky. (WYMT) - The Somerset Police Department has launched a new program aimed at giving students the power to report problems in their schools.
The program, called “See -- Hear -- Report" ... went into effect Monday.
Students can anonymously submit tips regarding bullying, drugs, or other concerns they encounter in school.
