Police say they were able to catch a suspected burglar, red-handed.
It happened at the former Summerset Houseboats plant on Parkers Mill Road.
Police say they received a call that an alarm at the building had been activated.
When police showed up, they eventually found 37-year-old Glenn Cummings dragging a large trash can with copper pipes inside.
They arrested Cummings and charged him with burglary, theft, and criminal mischief.
