SOMERSET, Ky. (WYMT) - A Pulaski County grand jury will decide if charges should be filed in a shooting between cousins.
Somerset Police say Gregory and Craig Phelps were arguing, when both men pulled out guns.
The Pulaski County Sheriff says Gregory Phelps was shot in the chest.and was flown to UK Hospital.
Investigators say the shooting appeared to be in self defense.
