A jail escapee, who police say talked a driver into making up a story to get away, is now back behind bars.
Somerset Police say 31-year-old Jason Cannon turned himself into the Boyle County Sheriff Monday.
Police say Cannon was on work release at the Lake Cumberland Airport in Pulaski County last week when he had an airport employee, Clyde Collett, drive him to Danville.
Collett and another inmate, Cortney Slusher, have been charged with complicity to escape.
Cannon is now back in the Pulaski County Jail charged with escape.
