A late night robbery with a thief armed only with a screwdriver.
That crime happened Friday night in Pulaski County.
WYMT's Phil Pendleton was able to get a copy of the surveillance video that captured the crime as it happened at a gas station-food mart in Science Hill.
Police are trying to figure out the identity of a man who stole money from the store.
The manager says maybe someone will recognize the man in the surveillance video.
The man's face was covered. He had a mask on and a hoodie up over his head.
That happened just before 10 Friday night at the D&D Shell Mart, which is just off Highway 27 north of Somerset.
The man was inside the store for several minutes and the only weapon he showed was a screwdriver.
The clerk wasn't hurt, but as you can imagine she was pretty shook up by the ordeal.
Police say their only description was a man with black shirt, tan pants, gloves and a mask.
Police say they did track the man for a short distance with a K-9 unit but the dog lost the scent, probably when the man got into a car.
The Pulaski County Sheriff's Office is investigating the robbery.
Police say if you have any information to contact them.
All calls can remain anonymous.
